Wile E: and Remember Firecrackers, TNT, and a Bonfire is useless unless a You make a fire to lit them. and to prove it, We will watch a Program which tells Us the history of the Firecracker. (Wile E. turns on TV, but Roderick Rat appears on the Screen.)

Roderick: Hee hee hee hee hee hee!

Students: Roderick Rat!

Wile E: No, Roderick Rat isn't in the Tv Special, besides-- (Sees Roderick on the TV Screen.) It is Roderick!

Roderick: Ladies and Non-Ladies, I have a feeling that some people wants to have a show. We have a Great Event for You. since I thought that those ACME Losers are dying of Boredom, I decided to organize Something to spice things up. I Call it the AirBoard Festival. a Tournament to see who's the best riding an Air Board. and it's just to prove Who's the fastest. and get this. These races are No-Holds-Barred. all Contestants will pay an Entry fee of 5 Dollars. the Winner of Each race will have a different Prize. I'd like to see which of You will meet this challenge. Til Then! (Roderick's Image disappears into static.)

Buster: Why would someone like Roderick organize a Tournament?

Roderick: Oh! I almost forgot. (Roderick Reappears on the TV.) The Current contestants are Them. They are the Best Boarders in Perfecto Prep. and They are... (Pictures of the Perfectos appear.)

Beeper: Huh? (Sees a picture of Peter Platypus.) The Airboard Festival, Huh? (Reggie whispers to Roderick.)

Roderick: Oh! Thanks. The Location is the Acme Lines, the Date, March 17-22. The Time, 12 Noon. tha's 5 Weeks from now. (Roderick disappers from the TV screen.)

Wile E: The Acme Lines? Uh, Class dismissed! (Runs off.)

(Scene to Calamity Coyote's House.)

Calamity: You're turning to Me for Help?

Beeper: Yes. Yesterday, I was chasing those 4 Rogues on those things They Call Air Boards. This is what I got. (Pulls out an AirBoard.)

Calamity: a Real Air Board?

Beeper: Yeah. (Flashback to while Beeper was blocking the Perfectos.) (Voice Over): While I was trying to save Kia, Concord K.O.'d that Owl the was holding Kia hostage. I grabbed His board to capture Them, but You might not believe Me, but these boards are Faster than Me. So can You make AirBoards for everyone?

Calamity: I suppose. Serenity said that She wants to participate. of course I need an AirBoard for relevance. (Furrball walks in.)

Furrball: I'd like to participate as well.

Beeper: We all Do.

Calamity: Okay, but I'll need some help designing the AirBoards and I need to make a Prototype. (3 Days later...)

Beeper: Okay. Here goes. (Beeper gets on the Prototype Board, which begins to float.)

Calamity: All You have to do, is Make one lap around Acme Looniversity. If You complete this, Then consider the AirBoard as the Complete version. (Beeper Zooms off. Reggie Sees Beeper on the Air Board.)

Reggie: Uh-Oh. This could be a Problem. (Runs to the Acme Lines.)

Roderick: Lay those ramps over there. put those Mogels on the Sand-- (Cell Phone rings.) Hello? (Reggie Babbles Loudly on the phone.) Whoa! Reggie, stay calm.

Reggie: Sorry. I got word that Calamity Coyote found out the Secret of Our Air Boards. This is a Disaster! if those ACME Losers defeat Us in the 6 Acme Lines, Our Plans will be ruined!

Roderick: I wouldn't worry. Aczan will worry about that part.

Reggie: For Your sake, I hope You're right. But I got a Plan.
